Couture Cakes & Catering specializes in BOTH buttercream and rolled fondant covered cakes. Our buttercream is 100% natural and contains the purest butter.  We order our fondant from New York and use the same brand as famed cake designers such as Ron Ben-Israel, Buddy the "Cake Boss", and the Food Network's "Ace of Cakes".  While Couture Cakes is a premier wedding cake source in the East Texas area, we love birthday, anniversary and celebration cakes too!  Our calendar fills quickly, but never hesitate to call or email as we often squeeze in last minute orders.  Click here to view a list of our cake flavor and filling options.

Contrary to common perception, the price of a cake is not necessarily related to the size of the cake. Prices are determined on intricacy of design and the time consuming detail of a custom cake. For Weddings: Please consider your budget before scheduling a meeting to disucss your wedding design, keeping in mind that our wedding cakes begin at  $2.50-$3.00 per serving.  For Custom Carved Cakes:  Price is based on both the number of servings and the intricacy of design.  Carved cakes are very detailed and time consuming - the price of the cake reflects the labor involved.

When planning all events, wedding, birthdays, etc., please consider the following guidelines:

• We advise that orders be placed at least two weeks in advance.
• When you order your cake, Andrea will set an appointment to discuss the details of your cake design (for wedding cakes only).
• An order is not confirmed until a minimum deposit of 50% is made.  Any remaining balance is due at pick up/delivery for celebration cakes and one week prior for wedding cakes.  The deposit is non-refundable as it initiates the preparation work to begin on your cake. Please review our "no refund" policy.*
• Andrea does not ship cakes.  However, cakes can be delivered to any location with delivery fees calculated on the distance traveled to your event.
